Charlie Needs Braces
GuriNgai sisters Charlie and Miri from Live Looping act Charlie Needs Braces have drawn in audiences across Australia, their energetic musical landscapes weaving together stories and language. In 2022 they came first place in the Upstart Awards, and won the Archie Roach Award for Emerging Talent in 2023 through Music Victoria Awards.
A two day music arts and quests fest
Come and discover local bands, DJs, visual artists, performers and crafts peoples over our winter weekender. Those who look deeper will find secret art hidden amongst the unique ten-room venue.
Saturday evening is a kaleidoscope of tech: innovative bands like Charlie Needs Braces, digital music-mixers, alluring lights, projection art, a silent disco and a mysterious midnight ritual.
A delightful, family-friendly festival of creativity, with a contemplation of tech-human relations bubbling beneath its train station of celebration. A journey amidst the dead of winter.
