Two nights. Two selectors. One courtyard built for connection and sound.

Glamorama Courtyard Presents: DRÉ & Work Wife – Live Recording Sessions.

Step into the Glamorama Courtyard this July for a special two-part free event series showcasing the new wave and established underground. With cameras rolling and the Funktion-One purring, we're capturing the energy live—DJ sets, crowd reactions, and all. These sessions will be hosted online, designed to bring the Glamorama experience to lounge rooms and those who can't make it IRL.

THURSDAY 24 JULY – DRÉ

For a newcomer on the scene, DRÉ has made a swift impact by becoming one of the youngest Glamorama residents to date. Years of loyal patronage have equipped DRÉ with a diverse record crate full of both modern sounds and tracks that will impress even the most mature ravers. A versatile DJ that has trained over all time slots, DRÉ comes ready to deliver prime energy from the moment he arrives. DRÉ's sound is lauded for curated mixture of energetic productions from a myriad of contemporary dance genres to create a journey through the current nightlife environment.

FRIDAY 25 JULY – WORK WIFE

b. caszh and Jo Christy are Work Wife—the duo shaking up Naarm’s underground dance scene through their self-titled parties, hosting some of Melbourne’s favourites while pushing their new musical project into some of the city’s most renowned clubs.

Their sound? Think Chicago, progressive and vocal house, techno, breaks, UKG—maybe a hint of disco, or whatever else feels right in the moment. It’s less about genre and more about the adventure—a mix of chaos and amusement.

Work Wife has an eager appetite for making sure everyone in the room is having as much fun as they are (which is a lot). Their parties reflect strong community values and a desire to bring different scenes together, while their DJ project is an outlet for the music they love and want people to hear.
